Please read before using TEN Borrow. Borrowing involves financial risk, including loss of collateral.

TEN’s role. TEN provides an interface to ARC Borrow Kit and third-party Morpho lending markets. Your wallet authorizes transactions with smart contracts; TEN does not hold your private keys or act as the lender or custodian of your collateral. Integration does not imply endorsement of TEN by Arc, Circle, or Morpho.

Borrowing and liquidation. You must repay borrowed amounts plus accrued interest and applicable fees. Interest rates, collateral prices, and borrowing capacity can change. If your position exceeds its liquidation threshold, collateral may be liquidated without advance notice, and you may lose part or all of it.

Technology and asset risks. Smart-contract bugs, exploits, inaccurate price feeds, network disruption, wallet compromise, and third-party service failures may cause delays or losses. USDC and cirBTC also carry issuer, redemption, and price risks; a stable value is not guaranteed. Audits and simulations do not eliminate these risks.

Estimates and availability. Displayed rates, balances, health factors, liquidity, fees, and quotes may be delayed or change before execution. Shared liquidity is subject to availability and protocol limits. A quote or successful simulation does not guarantee a completed loan. Confirmed blockchain transactions generally cannot be reversed.

Your responsibility. Check the network, token addresses, amounts, permissions, and fees before signing. Secure your wallet and monitor your debt, collateral, and liquidation risk independently, even when this page is closed. TEN is not a liquidation-alert service. You are responsible for assessing suitability and meeting applicable legal and tax obligations.
